Brickyard Collateral

ABOUT THE CLIENT:
AGI purchased the Brickyard project as a new rental property and then converted the product into a condominium level for-sale product, with sales closing out around the end of 2006. 

CHALLENGES:
Brickyard needed a logo as well as promotional collateral.

SOLUTION:
OCG developed a logo for Brickyard and created several pieces of promotional collateral that helped Brickyard become one of the fastest sold and best received condominium projects in the South Bay Area.
